After an incredible nine years of learning through our capacity building cohort model, we are shifting gears and rolling out a new version of capacity building services.
Our goal is to move from a static program to a dynamic and responsive coaching and support system with a focus on equity. Learning from nonprofits engaged in our grant programs allows us to better understand their specific capacity building needs at a particular point in time. And, deploying specialized coaching resources is an opportunity for nonprofits to grow in a way that best fits that organization.
