We are excited to welcome four new members to the Omaha Community Foundation Board of Directors. They serve their community in both business and philanthropy, embodying our mission to create a thriving community for everyone in the Omaha Metro.
OCF was created by local residents dedicated to making a positive investment in our community. Our leadership reflects that goal, with board members representing a diverse range of businesses, neighborhoods, backgrounds, and interests, all connected in their commitment to making our community a better place to live.
Chandler Green
As an interior designer at Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, Chandler Green thrives on understanding her clients’ work to create designs that enhance space performance aesthetically and functionally. As a WELL Accredited Professional, Chandler is passionate about creating healthy environments, integrating her Interior Design experience with wellness design expertise to make thoughtful and informed project decisions. Her community involvement includes Omaha Venture Group, Women in Architecture, and the IIDA Great Plains Chapter. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln.
Jon Grob
Jon Grob represents a diverse client base across various industries, including insurance, aviation, and healthcare. His practice at McGrath North focuses on federal tax planning, business succession, estate planning, and nonprofit governance. Jon is the President of McGrath North, has served as an adjunct professor at Creighton University School of Law, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers® and Super Lawyers®. He earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation and is involved with organizations such as the American Bar Association and the Omaha Estate Planning Council. Jon also works with the United Way of the Midlands as a Campaign Cabinet Member.
Matt Muehling
Matt Muehling specializes in serving private companies, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals as Tax Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP. He focuses on tax compliance, consulting, and risk management needs. With more than sixteen years of experience, Matt assists clients with tax compliance, business consulting, and estate planning. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Matt’s Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® certification enables him to help clients achieve their charitable giving goals.
Jay Noddle
Jay Noddle has been a key player in Omaha’s economic development, continuing the legacy started by his father in the early 1970s at Noddle Companies, where Jay serves as President & CEO. Under his leadership, the company has developed more than 150 projects across 18 states. Jay’s vision is driven by the community’s economic needs, and he has played an advisory and principal role in significant projects like the Omaha Riverfront Redevelopment and Aksarben Village. His civic involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Omaha Streetcar Authority and Vice Chairman of the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority.
