I Be Black Girl and the Omaha Community Foundation are co-hosting a virtual Town Hall event March 8th at noon via Zoom.

This Town Hall is an open invitation to the community to learn more as we officially launch our Omaha Pathways Community HUB to help pregnant individuals access the resources they need for a healthy birth, such as stable housing, insurance coverage, and more!

We will briefly discuss the history and purpose of the HUB, review our services, introduce the Care Coordination Partners and the Community Health Workers, and share how to connect to services.

We look forward to answering questions from community members and direct service providers about the initiative and how it will be unfolding in Omaha.

Keep an eye out for social media posts from I Be Black Girl and the Omaha Community Foundation  – and please share this event with anyone that may be interested in learning more.
