A member of our Donor Services team will be in touch with you afterwards to answer any questions, review which fund type may be right for you, and complete the process to become a fundholder.
Becoming a Donor
Becoming a fundholder is simple—all you need is an initial gift and a fund agreement with us. Once you fill out the above form, we’ll contact you and set up a time for you to talk with a Donor Services team member to:
- Choose an OCF fund that’s right for you
- Talk more specifically about creating a customized plan for your giving
- Sign your fund agreement
- Make an initial gift to your new fund
Receive the benefits right away: When you open a fund you receive the immediate tax benefit of the donation—even if you don’t yet know where you ultimately want those philanthropic dollars to go.
